How do I repair DNS and Key Ports issues?

Hi, when you did the restore ,, did you check to see if ,,the nanny program is running again on your computer because apparently for your benefit the restore was active and probably restored the program. If you chose a date before you installed the nanny program then the only explanation is what the other answer refers to,,, but lets ume you chose a date within the time frame of the nanny program. When you say you cant use any of the browsers but,,, are they opening up if this is true then you can ,,for explorer go to tools>internet options>then LAN settings> uncheck the use proxy>then click ok ...here is the potential place of the problem stopping you from accessing the internet.
