Romeo and Juliet question?

There are missing characters aren't there?I'm not sure but also that in the book it talks about Romeo specifically not being able to get over Rosaline but in the movie it just says he's upset but not why.In the movie its missing the part where the two families agree for peace and put up a gold statues that was in the book.
