What do you think of this short intro? Comments please!?

So, they jump off a building only to find that their suicide attempt has failed? I suppose the story continues with them being in a coma and their family realising what an ungrateful and horrible person they are for putting their loved ones through hell for their own selfish reasons? I hate this character already.
