Babies less fortunate then yours?

I have seen babies like this, but it often times is not because the parents can not afford nice things, it is because the parents don't care. It is the way they live, and they don't mind their child living like that. It is sad, and wish something could be done. Because if they can afford to have the dog whose hair was on the babies blanket and stuff, then they can afford to wash the hair off the blanket and hang it to dry. They just chose not to. It's sad the conditions people live in and that they allow they children to grown up. Very sad.
