DO you think this is another form of Affirmative Action?

we all know that bush was able to get into Yale and Harvard with a C average because his father and grandfather attended and so forth . Do you think as black men that my father or grandfather would have been accepted into Yale or Harvard in the 1940's and 1890's .so that I could have went to harvard or Yale under the grandfather clause.How is this different from Affirmative action.Im sure that more qualified students were ped over so that Bush and his siblings and cousins could get a yale or Harvard education.Please Explain the difference.
