Will Tracy McGrady ever resurrect his career?

Such a sad story, a guy with such talent, who was once in discussions as the top 3 players in the league. Still haven't gotten out of the first round, and always being plagued by "injuries" not to mention fragile, mentally. I just amazing how this guy's career to hit, look at his team winning without him. It almost seems like the Rockets are better off without him, maybe they should have just traded McGrady. My question to you is, will he ever go back to being the player he once was and is it going to take a change of uniform?
