Yes, she can , but you can fight it, and bring evidence of where you were, atm receipts, check receipts witnesses etc. I went to court with a friend that had this happen with his soon to be ex= he won, and if it is intentional infliction of harm with malice, i would sue her. Also the police could charge her with false reports.
