Where can I download a free Intel 950 GMA video card?

I have been searching all over the internet, trying to fing this video card for free LEGAL download. I need this to play the trial edition for SPORE Creature Creator. If your answer is about another driver that is compatible with SCC then that is fine (if it's free and legal).
