Just got my bfp yesterday have a confusing question?

about 5 months ago i became pregnant and about the 6 week mark i began to have a miscarriage. My question is since i have been pregnant once before and they say that in your second pregnancy you show a lot sooner does that mean i am going to show sooner also? thanks
