I am getting a divorce and we are splitting the property.?

Two of our properites were purchased with money my wife received as an inheritance and a small amount of money from our joint account. I spent over 100K (my retirement money and disability income) remodeling and furnashing both properties. Is her inheritance community property? Or do we split only the equity and capitol gains?
