How does chocolate get transported in hot weather?

If I buy something like a Hershey's candy bar on a 90 degree day I would have to drive right home with it or it would get bad. I know delivery trucks for something like ice cream must be cold but how about chocolate? Do they just use a regular truck to deliver chocolate in hot weather and how do they keep it from melting?
