Did Al Gore kill millions by saving ozone?

Thanks partly to Al Gore, the U.S. banned CFCs to "protect the ozone layer." Ozone blocks UV radiation. Humans get at least 90% of their Vitamin D from UV radiation interacting with their skin. Most Americans are deficient in Vitamin D because they don't get enough UV. Vitamin D deficiency increases the risk of osteoporosis, arthritis, flu, TB, MS, colon cancer, cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, and high blood pressure. Ergo Gore killed millions.
