My fiance picked out the best ring ever. He designed it himself with blue nile diamond company online. They have very good resources on information for diamonds. But anyways, my ring is a 1.3 carat heart shaped diamond with two pear cut diamonds on each side. It has a gold band because I wear gold but the setting is platinum.The heart is offset just a little on symmetry but it looks great. It's more beautiful than any ring I've ever seen in a store. Most in the store are very elongated where as mine isn't. It has some inclusions because that's what makes it sparkle. It's relatively flawless and absolutely gorgeous. It is also pretty close to colorless. It's an amazing ring. I don't know what he paid for it but I've seen the appraisaland he paid a hefty sum. I absolutely love it no matter what he paid for it because he designed it himself and did a great job at it. We are getting married on May 17th where he proposed to me in Daytona Beach,FL. I can't wait to share the rest of my life with him. And by the way, it never hurts to be a hopeless romantic and it always helps to dream.
